Wyman Historic District

Our listings are stand-alone unfurnished and furnished apartments designed for urban professionals. The apartments are affixed to our historic home, which has its own page in “The Wyman Historic District” of the Historic Denver Guide Series. The garden is private, but you’ll walk through it to reach the Common Southside Entrance. When in season, it’s buzzing and chirping.

Historic Capitol Hill

Our location in Historic Capitol Hill is within blocks of City Park, the Botanic Gardens, Cheeseman Park and public transportation. We are a block of the many restaurants and unique stores on Colfax. We have a Walk Score of 83, and a bike score 97.

Apartments for urban professionals

One of our apartments is available for short term stays through Airbnb. The other apartments are available for stays over 30 days and up to a year.
